The staff and manager were very racists they attempted to take me money and they had the sheriff trespass me because they didn't have my cottage ready when I arrived..myself and family slept in the car because we were initially rejected from entering the gate..I'm seeking legal action..I've been going up there since my child hood in 1984. My mother still owns her unit up there and we are one of the original owners but yet the treatment was still poor because they don't want to progress with the times and get rid of the old racist workers and this I will fight against.. because it's not fair to people of color or other races to be mistreated because of their skin.

I didn't like the racist staff and the way everybody gained together when someone is wrong they take up for it instead of what's right and accommodating the client they never want to acknowledge the mistakes on their end which they make some every year this is my third straight year going getting denied interest in my administration was totally screwed up so I totally feel targeted because no one else had this problem but me and my family is an established owner and these are people that I've been knowing for 15-20 years and they always have been racist it's always the issue

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The whole property is beautiful with plenty of things to do as well. Very clean and well maintained. Will def be taking the family here again! Thank you guys for the fantastic service and stay!!!!

the cabin was in an awesome location ! we went for hiking and trails were with in 20 min to hour away witch was perfect

the living area as far as couches and chairs were very used and not comfy at all

The staff was awesome especially Jodi. I bet I called 15 times and she was always happy to help.

Absolutely nothing.

The check in time is only from 4-5pm. Noone tells you that you can't check in after office closes. Noone ever answered the phone the 3 days in a row that I called. My reservation wasn't in their system, so I had to turn around & drive all the way back to Atlanta & get a hotel room there instead of my "wonderful" resort stay...Not happy about that at all...
