It was a good value for the money. Great location

Their office location needs better identification, parking needs more clearly identified, and the suite had no end tables for personal sleeping aids.

It was not what we expected for the price it is was more like a dorm room with a broken bed and bunk beds. Location was great.

The location is unbeatable. Riding the boardwalk so you can just walk out and go do whatever you gotta do for the day and not have a long walk home. We didn’t have to move the car

Just in the bathroom, had a problem with the toilets, but when I called, they came and worked on them.

Locations and staff was very good

Room was not very clean, not what was expected based on pictured.

It allowed our dog. It was clean with only a slight stale smell. There was plenty of room. The desk had a power strip, which was good for recharging devices. The view of the ocean right outside the door was nice.

It was stark. Two rooms, three beds on movable metal stands but no other frame. Clean sheets with a very thin blanket, no bedspread. Not much other furniture. The kitchenette had a small fridge, stove, microwave and a coffee maker but empty cabinets and draws except for one solitary coffee mug. We went out and bought large coffees from a 7 Eleven, so the coffee maker came in handy to keep it warm. I had to wonder if they expect people to travel with their own pots and pans, plates, silverware, etc. But it was actually a "free upgrade" so we didn't require the kitchen anyway, although another mug and some coffee and filters would have been nice. There were two lamps but only one had a bulb. After a little waiting, a staff person was able to get me another bulb. No room service at all, but we really didn't need anyone to make our beds and there was nothing to replenish as there wasn't much provided in the first place. Overall an amazingly raw accommodation. We were there to visit family who were nearby, so we were out early in the morning and back late just before bedtime, so it was adequate for our purposes. There aren't too many places nearby that accept pets, so this was one of very few alternatives. There was an extra charge per night for the dog, which was not mentioned at all at the time I made and paid for the reservation. The total for four nights was over $1K: outrageous price for what we got.

Convenience of location

All beds were pretty much broken and very uncomfortable. Bathroom floor tiles were cracked and had to watch to not cut your feet. Had to ask for basic necessities when not provided enough. Found a medication bag that belonged to someone else so rooms weren't properly cleaned. No pool on site would have to go to another location. No parking right on site, had to go find your own. Website very misleading. Going to stay somewhere else next year.

Owner is very nice

The room had a fresh look,it wasn't huge but fine for a seaside beach boardwalk kind of hotel. I t was a great location,too.
