Very nice rooms and nice looks.

Balcony door was stuck, but somehow a lot of ants could come into the room. The pool of the hotel looked a bit abandoned.

We came by Train and the guy was waiting to take Us to the hotel and they let us check in early at no charge.Had a decent restaurant as it's a bit out of town, but that's no problem as a tuk gets you to riverside in 5 minutes for less than $2 USD..Pool was lovely.Just need to watch when your walking as they have little raised sections on the floor.Had decent English background music near the pool.( I did ask)🇬🇧😂. Beers were $1.75 which considering how nice the hotel was ok with me.Also had you tube and Netflix but no cable tv, not the end of the world as it's all bad news anyway.

Just a raised tiled bar thing on the corridor near our room,stumped My toe,my wife said my fault for not looking.Khmer people must constantly look down on the floor 😂

The decor in the rooms is lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bedding is really nice. The staff are very friendly and kind. It’s a short tuk tuk journey into the centre of Kampot.

The communal areas are quite dirty in parts and worn. The swimming pools had broken tiles and were quite dirty around the edges. Dirty plates/glasses left in stairwell by guests which were still there when we checked out. Breakfast was running low when we arrived, this was only an hour after breakfast opened. The choice wasn’t good compared to hotels of a similar price point we’ve stayed at in Cambodia. It’s very noisy during the night as it is next to a train line and the train sounds its horn when approaching the crossing. I know the hotel cannot do anything about this but it’s worth being aware of. The building also shakes quite a lot when big vehicles drive past.

Warm hospitality made by friendly and helpful staffs. The breakfast is also delicious. Smart TV with free Netflix to enjoy also.

The parking space for motobike. Inside the room, you can hear next door people noise if they are just talking normally. Aircon is a bit noisy.

Nice room and bathroom, and overall the hotel is nice

Located on a busy road with continuous construction trucks, then next to a railroad train, starting 5 AM until midnight. And the room overlooks a busy commercial garage, repairing trucks, etc..
