The pool and breakfast was lovely

The mould in the room - the property was tired and needed a good clean - the bar was non existent and what was there for was over priced - the laundry service avoid at all costs ruined two dresses and did not return all clothes - ice is extra and service is poor

Clean and tidy

Rooms didn’t get cleaned. Breakfast was poor and restaurant was average

The views to the mountains in the morning. The room was very clean and the decoration was wonderful. The swimmingpool was very well located as it was very hot and sunny outside but the temperature felt great as we didnt have direct sun.

We parked the car inside and couldn’t left because someone else parked behind us. The staff was very efficient to find the cars owner, but we arrived late to our appointment. I suggest that if someone parks in the second row they don’t leave the breaks on or they leave the key in reception.

The room is quite spacious and pretty. The presence of two swimming pools is also nice.

A lot of trains came by from which the building started shaking sometimes. Furthermore, not all staff members speak English and the swimming pool upstairs was quite dirty..

Bathtub

Room smelt amazing and we got a welcome drink on arrival. Bed was really comfortable and big!
