ya me he hospedado en este hotel y todo siempre esta muy bien atención, instalaciones y ubicación, también me gusta que son muy flexibles en cuestión a horario siempre hay recepción 24 horas

lo único que yo cambiaria seria la ubicación de las tv ya que a mi perspectiva esta posicionada muy alta

La ubicación es muy céntrico y fácil de moverse, el trato del personal fue muy buena, siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades, el lugar es muy bonito

Se escucha muy fuerte la música del rooftop. La cama sí, era cómoda, pero la base se movía mucho y rechinaba demasiado. Si tienes el sueño ligero, no lo recomiendo ya que, al estar cerca de la zona de vida nocturna, todo se escucha

Staff is helpful and are there in case is needed, building is well maintained and the room was clean, at night the elevator is quite busy but that wasn't much of an issue

Chapultepec street is very loud, rooms are not equipped to damp down the sound, maybe room with included sleeping earplugs would've worked better
