la ubicación fue definitivamente lo mejor, muy cerca de todo lo que nos interesaba ver y visitar, el bellboy que nos recibio el primer día fue muy amable y nos explico la habitación, amenidades y nos consiguio botellas de agua extra y una plancha, la camarista siempre mantuvo ordenada y limpia la habitación.

el servicio al check out, nada de asistencia con maletas, nada de preguntas como estuvo el hospedaje, no preguntaron si necesitabamos taxi, traiamos coche o habiamos pedido uber, yo soy hotelero, y entiendo que diferentes tamaños de hotel implican diferentes secuencias de servicio. pero me parecio grosero que al check out, solo me dijeran "tiene sus llaves" "necesita algo más" "bueno ya es todo" sin saludo, sin cortesia, sin interes en general.

La ubicación no podía ser mejor. Respecto al desayuno, no utilizamos ese servicio. La habitación era de amplias dimensiones y el colchón de la cama resultó muy cómodo.

El tiempo de demora del ascensor fue algo prolongado. Entiendo que posiblemente se debía a que estaban realizando obras o tareas de mantenimiento.
