Hotel facilities, espeicially the rooftop, as well as the room are exceptional; amazing view from the rooftop and a great infinity pool. Hotel staff have been very accomodating to our needs and service was attentive and prompt.

Not directly comnected to the property itself but have to say that overall the beach could be better. Partially because of the rocks but also due to the sea with seaweeds.

De kamer is super mooi, ruim en schoon. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Je betaalt best een ruim bedrag voor het verblijf, maar je mag bij het ontbijt maar een koffie. Als je andere soort melk drinkt, kost dit meteen weer meer, ondanks dat je hebt betaald voor het ontbijt.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The breakfast was excellent; delicious and a wide selection to choose from. The rooms were big and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Friendly staff

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. If you like to walk through a neighborhood and stop at some restaurant or so, this is the absolute worse place to be in Playa del Carmen. 2 of 3 hotel restaurants appeared to be closed when we were there, also a very limited menu selection. We left the hotel as soon as we could.
