Mvngata Beach Hotel

Love all about this hotel , from the design to the excellent customer service! Delicious food , Spa was great! They gave us an upgrade to ocean view suite that was beautiful the room was very spacious and comfortable! Hotel was clean, food was good staff was attentive and nice and the views were million dollar views

In summary, our stay was wonderful! Julio and the team gave us a very warm welcome and were always available for questions and requests. The room was very spacious and had a spectacular view of the beach club and the ocean. The beach club had many trees that provided shade to chill during the day on the chairs and in the pool. The pool at the rooftop did not have shade, but that was fine during the afternoon. The breakfast was excellent, as was the food in general.

The location a bit outside Playa del Carmen is both a blessing and a curse. It gave jungle vibes and made the location more difficult to reach. Be sure to book a taxi via either app "RadioTaxi PDC" or "InDrive”.

We were the on our honeymoon money. The staff are really friendly. The rooms are large and spacious. The hotel and rooms are really clean.

The hotel is far from the city center, each taxi we took cost us 400 pesos per direction. I really recommend to have a car with you. The beach part of the hotel is rocky, therefore it’s hard to get in and enjoy the water. My wife had a massage there which turned out to be awful, shed had pain in her neck for one week after it.

Incredible rooms, very big, comfortable, and amazing view. The location on the beach is spectacular, even tough you cannot swim directly in front of the hotel (but you can walk 100m and swim there). The massage was amazing.

The hotel is new and looks very fresh. Interior of the room, furniture and design is according to the modern trends, very comfortable and appealing. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I liked breathtaking infinity swimming pool on the roof, the view and the interior is phenomenal.

The beach was terrible and not accessible at all due to rocky bottom and a lot of seaweeds which nobody even cared to clean.

The attention to detail, the service and overall hospitality experience does surpass that of the hospitality epicenter of the world ( so I thought ) - Las Vegas. Coming from someone who is tenured in the tourism industry in LV.

Room was very spacious,nicely decorated and with a great view. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooftop pool is breathtaking.

The beach is not for swimming. The location is a little bit far to the city center.
