What really stood out was the cleanliness of the entire property. Every area, from the rooms to the common spaces and even the outdoor amenities, was meticulously maintained. Had an amazing time, has to be the best value in all of Playa Del Carmen. Went for my birthday, upgraded to bridal suite and they brought champagne and cake to our room for arrival and then another birthday cake in the morning! Nice quiet place, highly recommend and will be back again!

Lovely rooftop pool. Reception staff could not have been more helpful with recommendations, booking restaurants for us. Room was lovely and big with amazing sea views.

Quite a remote location and set price on taxi regardless of how far you go making trips into playa del carmen expensive. Food at the rooftop was not great and very expensive but no other choices without walking along the beach. Drinks also very expensive.

-Unfair prices activities offered -Location is very far from city and anything else. You can’t go anywhere without a car / taxi not even a small supermarket. Most tour providers don’t pick you up either. -Most of restaurant staff doesn’t speak English sufficiently (eg if you ask if a dish is vegetarian) - often when we wanted to place an order the selected dish wasn’t available on that day / the week - very long waiting time for breakfast (eg we have been 3 guests and waited for 45min)

The property was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. The food was fantastic, so much better that the all inclusive resorts. We visit different resorts in the Cancun area annually and this was by far our favorite so far.

Gorgeous property, friendly and professional staff. Anna at the front desk was amazing. Great rooftop and pool. The rooms are spacious and stunning. Incredible sunrises. Will definitely return.
