"One employee makes a difference"

The server Elle at breakfast made our day. The restaurant was near full this morning and Elle worked it end to end. She remained calm, polite and professional while she hustled to take orders and check-in on every table. It was awesome to see someone perform so well in a tough situation.

"Excellent"

I enjoyed the hotel very much. However, my coffee maker did not work and I requested it to be switched out on the first night and the second one. It was never switched.
