My stay here was really nice. The front desk staff was quick and courteous, and the room was clean and relaxing. The free parking garage above the police station was a plus. The location is right next to city hall and a lot of restaurants and places to explore.

Once I returned home from my trip I realized I left my dresses at the hotel. I called the desk in a panic. Luckily I spoke to Kimberly. She checked & located my dresses. She had them shipped to me & even followed up with a call to make sure I received them. I am beyond grateful for Kimberly & her kindness to ensure I was taken care of!!!!

The staff were nice and rooms were clean

It was extremely noisy till after 12pm. We came here to get away from our young kids and have a good night's sleep, but that didn't happen.

They didn’t give us the room that we reserved and gave us a downgraded room to which we still had to pay full price for we also weren’t aware that there was a club inside the hotel. So with our downgraded room, we were able to clearly hear heavy beats and music into our room and with two young children they were up till 3 o’clock in the morning. It was the worst stay of our life for the price of the room that we paid.

This is a beautiful and well appointed hotel in the heart of Alpharetta, GA. The area is very vibrant. There are interesting music venues, restaurants, and shops The hotel staff (bar, front desk, housekeeping, valet) was very engaging and professional. Special thanks to Kimberly and Linda (front desk), Dillion (bartender), and the valet team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful atmosphere. The staff was excellent. Front desk went over and beyond. Cannot say enough good things when it comes to them!! The valet guys were also excellent!!!

The $42 per night charge for valet and the closest garage was over a block away. Not good when someone is handicap. There was not choice but to pay for the valet charge.
