Amazing hotel! Rooms are great. Service is great. Kimberly at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

It’s in a fantastic area, hotel is very nice. Our first room, air conditioning was extremely loud so we moved to another room, however that room air conditioner was leaking and carpet was wet. But they were very understanding.

The hotel is nice and location is convenient. T h at is what you are paying for. Parking is high. Overall customer service is good, but inconsistent. Guest room cleanliness is good, but attention to detail not there. Lack of staffing was evident, but employees were doing their best

-- LOCATION! The hotel is located right in the heart of Alpharetta! Mostly everything can be reached by foot and is located only a short distance away (e.g. Farmers Market, restaurants, activities, Avalon) -- The hotel is new and in exceptional condition! -- The room was clean and spacious for one person. Two people might feel a little bit cramped in... -- The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping is kind and accommodating -- 2 small glass bottles of Evian were complementary :) -- There was a small section offering additional snacks and drinks.

-- It's not clear how the parking works. The property offers valet parking only ($42 per night) which cannot be added to the overall hotel bill. It is charged separately by the valet team. There is free parking available off-site and it is in walking distance yet it would be best to first check in and then park. Hotel staff can advise of its location. -- I had reserved a king bed and was first given an accessible room. This does not work well for me since everything (e. g. sink) is lower so I requested a different room. I was then given a queen-bed room facing the main street which was somewhat noisy in the evening due to partying below. Plus I would have preferred a king bed. -- There is no desk in the room and only a very small table in front of a bench.

Room was nice very clean decor very nice.

The stay was good but they don’t have no ice bucket in the rooms and no microwave that is a negative for the stay at the Hilton as much as you pay you should have those things in your room I paid 700 dollars not to have those items at all

The walkable area was great with many choices. I did not like the parking options offered.
