GREAT LOCATION VERY CLEAN AND QUIET

Positive: - Great location – in the heart of downtown - Wonderful pillows and comfy bed - The rooms are quiet (I never heard people in the hallway, nor my next-door neighbors) - Breakfast in the restaurant is cooked to order Negative Side: - Poor guest service - $42 a night for parking (you can get creative and find some near-by parking) - What they consider a closet is basically a storage unit for the ironing board (my computer screen is wider than the “closet”) – see photo - The Studio Suite is NOT worth the extra money… poorly furnished (ok, it’s basically not furnished) – see photo

Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location in "happening" new/old downtown Alpharetta. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Rooms are quite spacious but have the world's smallest closets,totally inadequate. Sofa on same wall as TV: no place to sit to watch TV. Valet parking is inconsistent, no practical self-parking. Very "cool" but impractical hotel, all told..

Elle was amazing!!!! Great customer service and great drinks. The steak was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Elle was very impressive with the drinks.we had a great time. We will be back soon. Great spot for a business meeting/ girls day with friends.

Staff was a bit uncoordinated

We chose this hotel because it had the best location, right in the middle of the downtown. Having said that, I’m not sure we’d stay there again. The front desk personnel often seemed completely overwhelmed and often confused. Service at weekend brunch was beyond slow. We had a suite. Closet was tiny. Lighting in bedroom wasn’t adequate. Couch didn’t face TV, not comfortable. Chairs were like stick chairs in a school. The shower was great though. Blackout shades and room in fridge were a bonus but not real coffee in room. Espresso with little cups? Not practical. Housekeeping did our room at 5pm….didn't replace used glasses. There was a lot of street noise and music but by 11am was over. There’s hopefully a better alternative for our next visit

This is the best hotel in ALPHARETTA Georgia. Mrs Linda at the front desk was super polite and very helpful. I highly recommend you ask for her whenever you stay there. She is always willing to go the extra mile for guest. Thanks Linda!
