"The hotel is well equipped and well located making for a comfortable stay."

The bathroom was a generous size. The street noise was minimal. The location was good - close to corner store, restaurants and the subway. The breakfast had a good range of food options.

Our room was adjacent to the lift which was making a very loud noise over the weekend we stayed. It was repaired on the Monday.

"perfectly nice place, very pleasant staff. Only issue was hot water."

The breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable.

We ran the shower for over 15 minutes and couldn't get hot water. The shower also had hair in the sliding door groove

Incredibly helpful staff. Having a kitchenette and full breakfast with lots of good choices made the stay with my young grandson much easier. Everything was clean and in good condition. Convenient location with a local market at the end of the block, a subway stop a block and a half away and many great restaurants within easy walking distance.
