Best place ever to visit, I was visiting with my wife and it is really great experience for both of us, really appreciated.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed at Park Hyatt Jakarta for a birthday celebration, and overall we had a very memorable experience. The hotel kindly surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, praline chocolates, and a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Monas View Room, which made our stay feel extra special. The room, facilities, and breakfast were all excellent. There were a couple of minor disappointments during our stay. The shower knob in our room required repair, and the cupcake decoration activity for children started later than expected. Unfortunately, our daughter became tired and fell asleep before she could fully enjoy the activity. What impressed us most was how the hotel handled the situation. The Duty Manager personally met with us, listened to our concerns, and sincerely apologized. The team went above and beyond to ensure we still had a pleasant experience, eventually arranging breakfast inclusion for our family, which we greatly appreciated. Mistakes can happen at any hotel, but genuine hospitality and service recovery are what truly make a difference. Park Hyatt Jakarta demonstrated professionalism, care, and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the entire team for helping us create wonderful family memories. We look forward to returning in the future.

This was my first time in Jakarta and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Starting off from the amazing hotel Park Hyatt, truly breathtaking views, beautiful interiors and spacious room layouts, cleanliness & friendliness of every single staff there truly I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the stay has been. An exceptional shoutout to the concierge Pegi and the Head Baker Jon - they made our stay remarkable and so much more memorable. Pegi was kind enough to help us plan our itinerary to Bandung- even provided us a whole brochure on what to do, timings, etc AND when asked about where we could find fresh bay leaves - he had brought us fresh bay leaves the next day! Jon was also amazing as he knew how much we loved his pastries, he even packed us a few to go as we head back to Dubai. I will never forget Park Hyatt Jakarta and will be coming back continuously. My stay at Park Hyatt Jakarta was exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is stunning, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. As a Globalist member, I was generously upgraded to a beautiful suite with spectacular views of Monas, which made the stay even more memorable. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the experience, offering an impressive variety of local and international dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. The wellness facilities are hands down one of the best I have experienced. Both the spa and fitness center feature state-of-the-art equipment and impeccably maintained facilities. I especially appreciated the complimentary hydrotherapy area, steam room, and sauna, which remain open until 10 PM and provide the perfect opportunity to unwind before bedtime. I also dined at Lilian, the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and was thoroughly impressed. Every dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing authentic flavors and presentation. The service was equally outstanding, attentive without being intrusive. Overall, Park Hyatt Jakarta delivers a true luxury experience and I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

What an incredible hotel. The views of Jakarta are amazing in the room and it was amazing to wake up to see the Monas every day. Every single spot was clean and impeccable. Not only was the hotel gorgeous. Everyone on staff was trained to be friendly and attentive to your needs. I stayed there for 3 days and it seemed like I left feeling part of their family because everyone knew me by name. It’s a very welcoming feeling especially being in a new city. Their concierge team was amazing, always answered my questions and had amazing recommendations. Evita especially stood out because I mentioned to her I was looking for beyblades in Jakarta and her and some of her colleagues helped me locate stores and she even helped get those beyblades delivered to the hotel so I didn’t have to go to the store myself. Thank you Evita for making my stay very memorable! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it holds a special place in my heart

Hosted a business meeting in this hotel. Excellent service, all the staff was so helpful, the food in the dining room buffet has a variety of options and very delicious.
