"Lunch at Conservatory, Park Hyatt Jakarta"

I recently enjoyed an excellent lunch at the Conservatory within the Park Hyatt Jakarta. The Nasi Goreng was a standout—perfectly seasoned and authentic—and paired beautifully with the refreshing tropical Osmanthus Iced Tea. The experience was elevated by the exceptional service; Ms. Hayumi was incredibly attentive and ensured every detail of the meal was perfect. Between the sophisticated atmosphere and the top-tier hospitality, it remains a premier choice for a refined lunch in the city.

"Calm Oasis in the city"

The hotel was in excellent condition and everything works. Ambiance is calm and a nice place for a personal get away from the buzz of the city. Not the best location as its not connected to any shopping malls but you should be well taken care of by the restaurants and bars in the hotel.

"Dis-satisfactory Stay"

No communication or welcome letter rec'd prior to arrival. We needed to ask Amanjiwo to help contact Park Hyatt Jakarta to arrange for our transportation. Poor quality of Front Receptionist, Efan. We booked 3 rooms under 2 reservations. We handed him 6 passports. He asked if 2 guests with different names to be the same person. If he has read the passport, he would not have asked such question. He insisted that there was only 1 name on the reservation for 2 rooms, even after I showed him the reservation details. He was incompetent but arrogant. Check-out was extremely smooth though. Fenti was professional and efficient. Restaurant staff on 23/F not helpful and ready to quit work at 9 pm. However, we encountered extremely helpful staff during breakfast for 3 days, esp around the fruit-cutting area. Restaurant Manager also very smart. He took orders very carefully & everything arrived as it should. Concierge very helpful, esp Faiz. However, we stopped ordering transportation from Park Hyatt after the outrageously expensive transportation fare from Halim Station to August Restaurant. Overall, a very dis-satisfactory stay. It was much worse than St Regis we stayed at when we first arrived Jakarta.
