View from the room was exceptional.

You need to have your own car/vehicle if you want to enjoy this property as nothing is near by. The main Pyrgos bus station is 1km from the room. Room itself is difficult to locate as it is on the backside of the hill and you have to walk down a steep road with your luggage. Make sure you book a taxi arranged through the host to avoid these issues.

The host Chris was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The view is amazing and it’s lovely to sit in the pool! It was also fun watching the fireworks set off around the town and behind the villa!

We had a plumbing issue, our toilet wouldn’t flush properly, and tissue had to be put in a bin. Also if we had a shower the whole bathroom flooded! The distance from the town is quite a walk. You definitely need a vehicle to get around and grab shopping from a bigger supermarket. Just make sure your vehicle is powerful enough to get up the drive, which is very steep.

We stayed at the villa for a week. We came in April so the weather was not too hot but it was decent. We arrived at San martino and there is a pretty dangerous and steep hill to drive down so after day 1 we decided to park on the street before the hill. I think signage could be more clear on where the villas are. The villa was lovely, the right amount of space and had a really nice outdoor area over looking lovely views. The hot tub unfortunately wasn’t as hot as we’d hoped but we made do. The only reason I am giving this review a 4 stars is because of the breakfast. It was decent for those who eat plain food, however having eggs everyday can get a bit boring and some days the pastry treats were better than others and some days we didn’t touch much of the food because it wasn’t to our taste. If there was a system to choose breakfast from a list, that may be better.

The villa is beautiful and has an amazing view and great layout

There was no way to contact the host. We didnt know how to operate the heater as the nights were quite cold. We also didn’t know how to get around as there were no suggestions or recommendations.

Architecture was special. It was clean. It was a cute place to stay specially at night the lighting was so great. Breakfast was nice too! The host delivered it right on time in the morning.

Five Star Most beautiful villa I’ve ever stayed! Location was Amazing, breakfast the following morning delicious!! Our host, Chris made it even better!! With travel difficulties shortening our trip, Chris made all the arrangements for a private tour of the Island ( Thanks Bush) with reasonable costs. We will definitely stay here again!
