We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte, and a big thank you to Clarisse Maslog for making it truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and valued with her warm, positive energy. She took the time to recognize that we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and added thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. Clarisse is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent and really enhanced our experience. She also went above and beyond in accommodating us, including a room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is clean and in a great location, but it’s team members like Clarisse who make the biggest difference. We’re very grateful for her hospitality and would gladly return.

"Relaxing / Oasis"

The place is very clean and very elegant! I hope it stays that way. We left the Doubletree 5624westpark drive because it was so dirty. I left during the middle of the day and my parents and brother left at midnight. This hotel accommodated us last minute. It felt like a rescue mission. They saved us!

"First stay here but not sure I would pay this much again!"

The location and everything surrounding it was a plus! Very clean. Staff were very friendly, and it’s plenty to do within walking distance! The bathroom was really nice!

The price to stay was outrageous with no breakfast included! The bed was too low to the ground! Really over priced in my opinion!
