Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark

The front desk team is truly exceptional. I have spent a significant amount of time at this property, and every member of the team remembers me by name, which creates such a warm and welcoming experience. The rooms are outstanding, with some of the most comfortable beds, pillows, and linens I have experienced anywhere. As someone who travels five days a week and spends a tremendous amount of time in hotels, that level of comfort matters, and this property consistently delivers. I absolutely love everything about this hotel: the incredible gym, outstanding food, beautiful accommodations, and convenient location. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality set it apart from so many other properties. Given the choice, I would stay here over many luxury hotels without hesitation. This property has become one of my absolute favorites, and I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

It was okay. Hotel was clean and newer. Checking in staff was not the friendliest. Valet and parking situation was annoying especially with the extra $15 cost required for valet. Cars blocked the front during rain, was very difficult to get luggage out. Nobody asked if I wanted help. Breakfast quality was not worth the price paid. I booked through AMEX Travel and did not get my Hyatt points.

The hotel was nice clean and quite check in was easy loved the rainfall shower

The bed was uncomfortable felt like a water bed, the view was the worst too many trees, did not have a pool or complimentary breakfast which should be included in pricing

I loved the area, modern decor, staff and food choices nearby.

Room was small or the layout proved to seem cramped. Plus there was nowhere to sit besides a small regular stuffed in a corner.

The entire stay was perfect!
