"Modern Hotel"

Definitely recommend staying here. Our room was on a high floor, it was modern, huge TV, very clean. Location right in the middle of downtown across the street from a huge mall. Brandon at the front desk was professional, kind and empathetic. He got us in a room within 15 min after a long travel day including this unexpected night stay in Charlotte.

"Fabulous hotel"

The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating Michael, who helped us. Their luggage helped us to our room gave us Five Star service wasvery attentive to our needs gave us wonderful recommendations very professional.

The location is perfect for when I come into Charlotte for work. I can walk there. The rooms are clean and just the right size. The rooms are very clean and the temperature is set at an acceptable level

Everything about the facility was great. Your Valet service were helpful. I was a little surprised that there was only one reservationist when we got there a there were 3 people trying to check in.

Bretney (SP) was my only complaint. She was not friendly at all. For the quality of hotel that this is I would have expected better service with a friendly face.

"Vacation and Wedding Fun!"

Lovely hotel with modern rooms, extremely clean with excellent service. King rooms are on the narrow side but beautifully appointed. (The suites are better but pricey. Traveling with infants here is easier.) Great location for shopping and restaurants. The views are beautiful!

An amazing property in such a beautiful neighborhood in town, very clean, exceptional presentation from the moment you walk in the lobby, very classy.
