Crepe Myrtle by OYO 

No towels. Smoke detector in room was dying and beeping all night. No chain on door and the door did not seal completely when closed. Insanely overpriced. Difficult to even speeak with a person to complain to.

Close to all locations such as the boardwalk

The location was AWESOME! Only 3 blocks from the beach. The room was tiny & the walls were painted black. I had to put on my own sheets. Area around the sink was kind of icky - not dirty, but just run-down. Had to turn off A/C at night 'cuz it was sooo loud. On the other hand, the manager was very nice.

COCKROACHES- This is not a hotel it is part of the Crepe Myrtle MOTEL Room was old and in disrepair/ no other rooms available in area Woke at 3 am and found over a dozen roaches on floor and walls Immediately packed up and left to find a place to wash up and check luggage for more bugs I left a note for the management to call me about a refund but have not heard anything, of course. Expedia should drop this roach hotel from its listings as it is not a place anyone would stay!

This place is a scam!!!!! We booked on March for our summer vacation and got a great deal; however, the low life man at the desk REFUSED to give us that rate and instead tried to charge over $1000 more than we were GUARANTEED!! THE PLACE WAS GROSS. I wouldn't have even stayed if he honored it. Be warned! We ended up at the Budget Inn down the street which was perfect for our group.

Roaches, no hot water, shower head facing shower wall and could not be adjusted, towel stains, bed frame falling apart, and I can go on. Area seemed to be inhabited by drug users and sex workers.

Nothing was nice about this property.

This place and the owner want to promote a family environment. We were allowed to cookout and listen to our music as long as there were no complaints. The office person named Rick was very nice and social. The room I booked was spacious and clean. This is the perfect property for middle class families that want to take the family on vacation and not break the bank. I will be returning to this property as long as it is being ran by the same people.

Dirty environment , trash and debris everywhere , questionable characters of people , the door lock did not work, key card did not work, kitchen faucet would not turn off , three boards nailed together were deemed the “steps to the door” , curtains would not slide open , basically for a night that cost over $300 , we expected the facilities to represent that, instead it is more along the lines of $100 nightly charge.
