"Good"

The hotel canceled my reservation before i even got there and i put the reservation in a month before. The day of my check in, they informed me it was canceled due to over booking, are you freaking kidding me, a month ahead of time and the day of after traveling 4 hours they sent me a text.

"Exceptional"

The male receptionist was awesome and very friendly. We will be coming back for sure. We travelled all the way from Ohio for 4th of July weekend and he made it that much better with everything he did and told us about myrtle beach. He definitely deserves a raise and he deserves some recognition.
