Residence Inn by Marriott New Brunswick Tower Center Blvd. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member who spent 140 nights in Marriott hotels last year, I was shocked by the level of customer service at this property. I called early in the morning to cancel my reservation due to a canceled meeting—something other Marriott locations routinely accommodate as a courtesy for elite members. Instead, I was met with rudeness from Tarrell, who told me I’d be charged and would need to speak with the operations manager, Jamie Stout. I called at the times I was told Jamie would be available, only to be given conflicting information. When I finally reached Jamie, I was told the fee would not be waived, even though Marriott corporate confirmed the decision was entirely within the property’s control. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to support loyal customers is unacceptable. I’ve stayed at countless Marriott properties and have never encountered treatment like this. I will not be staying here again, and this location has been removed from the list of approved hotels for my peers as well.

Very comfortable and good sized rooms. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Swimming pool was closed but I'm sure there was a good reason.

That I can cook breakfast because the breakfast they serve is kinda trash for the place to be nice a decent

That they don’t clean the rooms when your there I was there for 2 days nobody walk if we need clean towel or even take the trash out

The property is very clean and great staff. Also the property location is close to commercial property: Starbucks, D&D chili’s, McDonald’s, Wendy’s and a lot more.

Gym is too small and less equipment to work out.

The room was huge and had a kitchen which I was not expecting. This was like staying in an apartment! So clean and comfortable.

The location and confusing roads around it but that's not the hotel's fault.

Staff was very rude the whole trip. They acted like it was a favor for them to wait on you and do their job.
