Residence Inn New Brunswick Tower Center Blvd.

The hotel is nicely appointed and clean, and the staff is very pleasant. It is, however, more expensive (possibly fifty dollars a night) than the Holiday Inn Express which is next door, and I opted for the Residence Inn because of its better rating. BUT it is very difficult to find and approach, even with Google Maps, and that added time and frustration to our stay. Most annoying was that this hotel now charges five dollars a night for guests to park in their lot. I thought Marriott was doing well enough without tacking on superfluous charges. When I spoke to the young man at the front desk at checkout, he said that the charge was because guests from the nearby Hilton (whose parking charge is twenty dollars a night) came and parked in the Residence Inn parking lot. It was a lengthy explanation, and when it was through I said I would have rather have my five dollars back than hear it. Perhaps this seems irritable to some readers, but no one likes to pay for someone else's greedy behavior. If we are considering staying at a Marriott in future, we will read the very tiny print to see if we are getting charged for parking, and we will change our plans accordingly.

I had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn in New Brunswick! The front desk staff, especially Terrell and Divyah, were incredibly attentive and accommodating—they truly went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We stayed for a while as part of a wedding celebration. Very comfortable stay for our kids and for us. Food was solid. Rooms were clean and mainteined well. Nice plus with the swimming pool which was clean

Location wasnt ideal to explore on foot but great for accessing by car. Would have been great to include parking in the cost of the stay.

This was the 2 nd time we have stayed here. Every thing was great except for the fact we were charged for parking. We were not informed of the fee prior to booking or upon arrival.

It was clean and breakfast was exceptional.

Loved all the amenities and the room was huge with a vert nice fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was delicious!

The bathroom sink needs to be unclogged because the sink kept getting blocked which was a bit annoying. The breakfast would be perfect if they had more egg/vegetarian option but overall it was a great buffet.

Overnight stay had a good night's sleep

I am a Bonvoy Titanium member. I have stayed at innumerable Bonvoy hotels, including Residence Inns. This location seemed nice enough at first, though the breakfast food leaves much to be desired, and I had stayed here once before this last incident, and found the staff at the desk adequate. Today, however, I was shocked to encounter an outright bully, in the form of one Migel R (who refused to give his last name while he was being belligerent, threatening, and derisive in our encounter with him, since I requested it so as to report him and the incident to Bonvoy Titanium customer service to open a case. He continued to be threatening and call me names, and, alas, the staff member working with him was of no help, since she seemed to be afraid of him. It all started with a simple error they made in having forgotten that they had extended my stay. Rather than apologize, Migel R at the desk was verbally abusive and threatening, doing everything he could to escalate matters, to attempt to extort money from me for the night they claimed I had not confirmed, even as all I wanted was to get my things that they had threatened to gather and toss behind the front desk, and find somewhere safe to sleep. I even had to call the police to feel safe as I got my things and left, and the outrageousness goes on. Avoid if you can. There are plenty of other hotels in the area…
