Hampton Inn Old Bridge NJ

The breakfast was a nice bonus to our stay. It was nice to relax in the morning if we didn’t have to rush out but also great that it starts at 6 am for when you need to dash. Rooms and public spaces clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Central NJ location made it a convenient place to stay.

Nothing to like.

They charge a drink that was never consumed for $7 and a remote control that was never taken $75.. They are a bunch of thieves. Be smart and so not go to that place.

Bed was comfortable

The hotel has a awful smell from the elevator to the hallways downright nasty

Fast check in and pleasant reception. Bed comfy and design of shower was great.

There were some towels that had stains and didn't feel soft.

The breakfast was perfect. The location was great. The staff was so nice. The housekeeping staff was very apologetic about the hair on the and in the bed, as was management.

The coverlet on the bed was covered with hair; when I pulled the covers down the bed was covered too! This grossed me out. The staff was awesome; the offered to let me change rooms and/or new bedding. I didn't appreciate when i emailed management and Booking.com that no one replied to my messages.

Hampton and Hilton admittedly messed up our groups reservation and then stated we can't fix it here you have to call 1800# who kept passing along to next transfer that they could fix until inevitably getting accidentally disconnected. Happened multiple times until we just went over to Marriott. Much more reasonably priced, nicer hotel and great staff. Safe to say I'm no longer a Hilton Honors member.
