La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Downtown Stadium

Came down for a long fun filled weekend to celebrate my dating anniversary for the Allan Jackson retirement concert and post Malone and my girlfriend now fiancé thanks to lashawn calling her Mrs Thompson, I thought that sounded so great hearing it come from a stranger now lifetime friend due her to hospitality and I just decided to pop the question at dinner with no ring but she said yes anyway 🙌🏽 Laquinta is the place to be for comfort, enjoyment, relaxation and great rates it is also right next to the stadium so you don’t have to ravel far, roughly about a 3-5 minute walk. Great hotel. Came down for the Allen Jackson concert arrived a little before 3pm and got checked in by miss lashawn who was amazing. She recommended a nice brunch spot called noirs and listennnnnnn is was good. We will definitely be back.

Lashawn was very great at checking us in. We signed up to members of Wyndham and we got gift bags. She recommended we see the travel and leisure center which was amazing with this being our first visit to Nashville. We got complimentary zoo tickets just by signing up. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of Lashawn and all the great perks it offers. Thank you!!!

Great staff experience here. Tony S. Was awesome! Very friendly, helpful, and hardworking. He took our bags up to our room & gave us a rundown of all the things in the hotel. Later we had dinner downstairs and he was clearing tables. Lashawn that checked us in was very friendly and made the check in process fast & simple

Sarah was very welcoming and manner-able. I sat at the bar and she worked very hard to keep the public space clean. The bathroom was also very clean.

During my stay at this beautiful hotel, located just a stone’s throw from the future home of the Tennessee Titans, I was genuinely impressed by both the property and several members of the staff. While relaxing in the lobby and breakfast area, I couldn’t help but notice a young lady named Lashawn, whose name I caught from her name tag. She worked tirelessly—often appearing to manage the breakfast and buffet preparations on her own—while still maintaining a warm, professional attitude toward every guest she encountered. Her work ethic, grace under pressure, and commitment to excellent service were truly commendable. During my stay, I happened to witness a few tense interactions between staff members. What stood out to me wasn’t the disagreement itself, but the way Lashawn handled the situation. She remained respectful, composed, and focused on providing excellent service to the guests despite the circumstances. That level of professionalism deserves to be recognized. She has the kind of poise, leadership, and customer service skills that would make an outstanding event coordinator or hospitality leader. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and my room, although facing the interstate, was surprisingly quiet. Considering the hotel’s location on Interstate Drive, I found the noise level to be much less than I expected. With the new Titans stadium under construction nearby, I have no doubt this property will become an even more popular destination. I also want to recognize the housekeeping team. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. Christina even taught me a little Spanish while helping me request fresh towels, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s culturally diverse staff creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the team for making my visit memorable—especially Lashawn, whose dedication and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
