"Tolles Hotel in guter Lage"

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Stadion und 5 Minuten zur Innenstadt von Nashville. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf Porzellan Tellern ... ja richtig .. keine Pappe sondern richtige Teller.

Im Eingangsbereich wird man schnell zu einer organisierten Tour überredet oder zu allen möglichen Ausflügen was aber meine Meinung nach nicht nötig ist. Das Hotel hat nur einen Aufzug für 7 Etagen und in der Zeit vom Auschecken wird dieser vom Personal blockiert.

I love the cleanliness of the property and the size of the rooms. Overall, it was very nice. I just wish the staff was a bit more present and helpful and willing to help with simple things like a luggage cart being brought to the room.

The staff didn’t go out of their way to help very much and they mentioned they were understaffed
