Loud bc walls are thin. You also can’t control the thermostat - no option to run fan at all times, which would have helped with the noise.

"Terrible experience"

Heat didn’t work. Set to 65 and stayed at 74 all night. Notified front desk - maintenance would be in at 11:00 the next day. This didn’t help us sleep. Silverware hadn’t been fully washed. Coffee pot still had coffee in it from last customer. Shower was dirty. So disappointed because this is always my go to hotel when I’m in Columbus.

Clean and close to downtown

My only comment is that I would have liked for staff to have told me when breakfast was in terms of time. It was over 9 which is incredibly early considering checkout is at noon. I asked at 9:30 when I came down and it was already cleared and the front desk person was very matter of fact

"Overall I’d definitely stay agen. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming."

The location was perfect.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t get extra towels in a timely manner. And that I couldn’t have my room cleaned and linen changed everyday. These are the amenities I enjoy when on vacation no longer how long or short my stay.
