La habitación , la cama y la calefacción no estaba funcionando bien en la sala de la suite , en el área de la piscina nos compramos mi pareja y yo 2 tragos diferentes y ninguno de los 2 servían

The Italian restaurant was quite good. Great service and a decent wine selection. The spa was a great time, my wife got a body wrap and I got a massage. The steam room was excellent. My wife also loves the indoor/outdoor pool. Our room was very quiet and turndown was appreciated.

The other food options were not exciting. There was only one person checking people in, so that line got quite long. Not sure why the smoking section in the casino is right off the elevators for the hotel.

The resort itself is nice! Very nice rooms and they were very clean! That’s a plus! All the restaurants have some great food. I didn’t try the buffet. Very quiet through halls and the staff are phenomenal with help and questions! Also felt safe here as well! I will definitely return!

I didn’t like the smoke smell walking through casino! I know you have to walk through casino to get to the restaurants and most likely that can’t be changed. No microwaves or refrigerators. I was very surprised it wasn’t a refrigerator in room. It only was available to rent. Which the refrigerator should be a given! I also didn’t like that it wasn’t complimentary breakfast. But they do give complimentary coffee!
