Really good and quiet property. Close to the Niagara Falls. Spacious. It is a pity that there is no laundry room.

The neighborhood! Yikes, I may be over reacting, because I don’t know the crime rate in the area, but it looked like the area was lower income and abandoned. There wasn’t a whole lot of restaurants to choose from. But the one we did find, the Italian restaurant, was awesome. Compared to the Canadian side of the Falls, Niagara USA needs a total makeover. Hopefully someone will see the potential and come in and develop this neighborhood.

The house is very nice, I recommend it.

We had a family of 6 adults and 3 children, and it was nice that everyone had their own bedrooms. The bedrooms were a good size. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are air conditioned.There were 2 recliner couches in the living room, and it worked well to watch TV. The 2 bathrooms were of a good size, and the dining room was ample space. The kitchen was also a good size. It was nice to have a picnic table outside to sit at. The location is close to the falls and in walking distance if you decide to walk. The house itself is very nice and decorated nicely. Two sets of stairs going upstairs are really nice, especially when carrying luggage upstairs from the backdoor. The private driveway is nice and has enough parking for 4 or 5 cars.

The actual location of the house is not in the best area of town. I would not walk around after dark. The town itself is very run down with a lot of run down and boarded up houses. While the kitchen was a good size, it lacked counter space, and the 2 wall cabinets were too high. There are no wine glasses as stated in the facilities description. Cookware and utensils are very limited with one pan that needs to be thrown out as it is rusty. There is no exhaust fan over the stove and no light over the sink. No dish cloths or dish towels other than one were provided for doing dishes. There are no towel racks in the bathrooms. There are holes in the walls where, at one time, there were towel racks. The couches are starting to show wear and tear. An additional chair at the dining room table would be nice. There were only 5 chairs. We had only 9 towels for 5 days and no hand towels. We used the washcloths for drying hands or paper towels. The front steps going upstairs are very squeaky and squishy. The tv is Roku so you are unable to obtain any local stations on TV.
