It was great size for our one night stay.

No coffee filters or coffee. Walls were thin and the stairs creaked a lot.

Close to the mayor attraction 15 minutes walk to Niagara Falls state park

Very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms. I had a family of seven ,there a six bedrooms, very clean. Bedrooms are all comfortable. The mattresses are comfortable. Air conditioner work great. Dining table was nice. Kitchen was okay.

Say the number one thing I didn't like. It was in a kind of a bad location. The neighborhood was a little questionable, not enough cooking utensils. That's one thing I had to go out and buy another frying pan. Not too much to actually cook with. I wish there was a fire pit in the backyard. A small backyard but would have been nice to sit around the fire at night. One of the thing I didn't like was that there was really no programs on the television. Everything was streaming and you had to pick a channel and find something. The doors all stuck, especially the downstairs bathroom. Would be nice to have a removable showerhead and more w as ter pressure

This was a great house for a large group. We are a women's bike tour company and there were 7 of us. With 2 rooms with king beds there was space for us all. The house itself was large and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was easy to get in with door code, also a driveway gate helped to provide privacy and some security.

The house had all the basic amenities but nothing extra. For example, a coffee maker but no filters, no sugar etc. There were exactly the number of towels as guests, but only one kitchen towel. Niagara Falls has fallen on hard times and Covid didn't help. Unfortunately, the neighborhood shows the signs of that. We went to the closest place to get food (7/11) and unfortunately were approached by someone clearly under the influence of drugs while walking down the street. However, at the same time, it was a quiet neighborhood and we had no problems. We just would not walk around alone there (and since we were traveling by bike, we stayed nearby)

The neatness and accuracy of the accommodations, combined with the reasonable price and convenient location, made it a worthwhile choice. While the limited number of bathrooms might be a consideration for some, it did not overshadow the overall enjoyment and value provided by this property. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable, neat, and reasonably priced stay close to various attractions. Whether you're traveling alone, with family, or in a small group, this property offers a pleasant and convenient base from which to explore and enjoy the local area.

Would recommend this 6 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house. We can tell host put a lot of hard work and thought into the renovation. We love how close it was to the falls (0.7 miles). It was very accommodating.

The surrounding area is not a great neighborhood. There were no blinds in the main floor bedroom. The window was only covered with sheer panels. People were working on the house next door at 1030pm and, I'm sure, could see straight into our room. Outlets on the outside wall of the room did not work. All mattresses and box springs sat directly on the floor. Not all the cute decor and pretty linens shown in the pictures were actually present in the house.
