"Not really worth the money when getting a more expensive room."

Good location, extremely helpful staff at the reception, quick response.

Poor maintenance and room wasn't properly setup upon checking in (no soap in the soap dispenser, no conditioner, no coffee pods). Rooftop bar open whenever they feel like it. Not what I'd expect from a 5 star hotel.

"Sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage … am Barbetrieb muss gearbeitet werden."

Toll gelegen und Zimmer perfekt und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Frühstück auch sehr gut, Personal durchweg sehr freundlich. Bar macht gute Cocktails.

Kleine Kritik am Barbetrieb: In dieser Kategorie erwartet man zum Cocktail der 13€ kostet ein paar Nüsse oder Chips dazu… hätte auch gerne was zum Knabbern extra gezahlt, aber ausser ältlich aussehenden Minicrackern war nichts da… und selbst die wurden vergessen. Die Käseplatte war gut, wurde aber ohne Gabeln oder Zahnstocher gebracht. Da hätte dann selbstverständlich eine Serviette dazu gehört , die hat aber leider auch gefehlt.

Localisation centrale mais calme. Chambres confortables bien insonorisées avec tout le confort.

Piscine extérieure non chauffée et donc très froide en ce mois d'avril malgré un fort ensoleillement. Pas possible d'actionner les parasols seul. Tarif des petits déjeuners prohibitif pour une famille
