"learn how to treat a VIP member.."

A very disappointing stay. Up on arrival, I was probably checked in by "trainees"; there was no welcome drink, and on the top of all, the young lady managed to overcharge me for my booking. When I noticed her mistake, I immediately went to report it but she initially refused to listen to me, arguing that additional taxes may apply as indicated on all réservations???!!! Well but the overcharged amount was 170€ moren than stated on my booking confirmation!!! I had to insist, my issue was escalated to her manager, she promised me a feedback for the same evening, but I never received any feedback from her during my entire stay... As a VIP member, I have never experienced such amateurish service, and especially being in a 5-star hotel, I expect a minimum of appropriate service with qualitied staff. So, I sincerely hope that you will make significant improvements for future guests, because it is absolutely unacceptable to treat a VIP member this way. When you make a mistake, you just have to admit it and not upset the guest.

Decor was great

De netheid en het personeel. Zo ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Chapeau voor de 3 Stagiares die er rondliepen, zelfs die waren top

Poolbar was ondanks een vol dek met mensen niet open. En dat mocht iets meer aangekleed zijn
