Ines was the greatest host ever. We immediately felt welcome and she told us everything we need to know without asking and gave us many hints. The bed was so comfy and the room was cool, which allowed us to sleep like baby's. We did a Yucatan Roadtrip and this room was the best one to sleep in due to it's temperature. We can recommend Zensus to 100%.

Het ontbijt en het personeel.

- De douchekop was ontzettend vie. De bruine prut kwam uit de douche gaatjes zetten. Er hing gewoon continu residu vuil uit die gaatjes. - De kamer was ontzettend klam. Niets werd droog. De dekens bleven vochtig. We waren er in een periode dat er geen regen viel. Het was niet prettig vertoeven op de kamer. - De beach club die door het hotel aangeraden wordt is ondermaats.

Die Gastgeber waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war lecker. Schöner Garten und im dunkeln sehr schön beleuchtet.

Inventar ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel, Liegen am Pool und Amaturen im Bad sehr verrostet.

We stayed here as a couple and had a good time. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean, and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfy and we slept well. There was a small swimming pool, which was a nice extra but we didn't use. There was a strange smell in the bathroom, but it didn’t affect the rest of the room. We also got great suggestions for dinner spots. We have no plans to come back to Bacalar, but if we ever did, we wouldn’t hesitate to book the same place again or to recommend to others.

Nothing much apart from the strange smell. Not sure what it was. USB wall plugs didn't work.

Il personale è caloroso ed accogliente, sempre disponibile e solare. I bungalow sono molto vicini l'uno all'altro ma c'è privacy e silenzio.
