Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staff. De dame van de receptie heeft zeer goede tips. Fijn dat er een samenwerking is met een beachclub. Zodat je kan kayakken en de Laguna kan bereiken zonder extra kosten. Schone kamers met een leuke frisse inrichting. Heerlijk fris zwembad.

Bacalar is een lang gerekt plaatsje je kan niet lopen naar het centrum, dat is te ver weg. Het hotel ligt niet aan de lagune kant. Maar super fijn dat er een samenwerking met een beachclub is.

Tout était parfait , merci pour l’accueil de Ines et ses collègues. Le jardin magnifique, tout est très confortable et entretenu au top

Personnel adorable et serviable. Endroit très cosy et calme, pas très loin du centre. On recommande vraiment cet endroit!

The hosts are so nice, it feels like a warm bath far away from home. From the get go they help you with anything you might need. Also they inform you very well about the possibilities in bacalar and the options you have without pushing their own trips or rental options (which they dont have themselves). We almost felt like visiting family abroad and their main goal was to make our stay unforgettable.

It's a bit far from the centre to walk, but with the bike rental close by this is no problem. Also with a bike it's so easy to explore bacalar it's a recommendation for sure.

Le personnel vraiment très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner. L’emplacement proche de la lagune. Le personnel nous a donné plein d’endroit où visiter et manger des notre arrivée.

Isolation du toit quand il pleut on entend tout car ça résonne avec la tôle. L’eau chaude met 5 min à arriver dans la douche. Mais au niveau rapport qualité prix l’hôtel est vraiment bien
