Lugar limpio, bonito, accesible pero sobre todo el Personal que te recibe son super amables y atentas siempre al pendiente de todo desde que llegas, el desayuno está incluido muy bueno por cierto realmente te sientes como en casa! Recomendado ampliamente

Great place to stay quiet rooms and convenient. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

What we particularly appreciated was the extraordinary welcome we received from Laura and Ines at thereception. They made us feel at home immediately, provided us with all information we needed, gave us super recommendations for alll activities which they also arranged for us. But more than this Ines drove us to the meeting point for our tour so that we would not miss it and Laura arranged for express laundry service. They also gave us some magic lotion prepared by the owner which cured our sunburns😲Thank you both😀

Breakfast was standard and coffee only "American" type, not an option for coffee gourmets😉

The property was beautiful! The cabin was wonderful, and had everything we needed. Laura was very friendly, and gave us so many recommendations so we could enjoy our stay in Bacalar. The breakfast was included, and was fantastic. The pool area was also lovely, and it was only around 30 minute walk to the centre, but it’s very easy to get a taxi, and you can get anywhere in Bacalar in around ten minutes!
