"Better in pictures, wouldn't bother"

On a noisy road (not their fault) the property had all windows closed when we arrived and was stifling and some rooms smelt, it looked alot better in pictures. If you're lucky enough to find a spot to park in you're worried about permits which isn't supplied or even mentioned, after getting in touch with a number in the guest book it turns out it's for a house in Birmingham and they still haven't replied. I went to make a cup of tea and have a buscuit that had been left to use, the biscuits were 4 months out of date and the milk cartons were 2 YEARS out of date, wouldn't stay again and not worth the money to stay!

This property is in terrible condition. I have written to the owners for a refund because we couldn’t stay a second night.

The apartment is very clean and neat

The upper floor bathroom has plumbing issue and water temperature unable to adjust. The non recycle bin was full ( believed rubbish left from prior occupants) and maggots move around in the bin. We had to carry our rubbish bags away.

sound has gone on tv No hand rale for stairs. My mum had to stay on the sofa. Couldn't manage stairs without a hand rale. Milk and biscuits were stale or out of date.

The size of the townhouse and proximity to restaurants

The downstairs bathroom shower was difficult to get proper water temperature Could not figure out how to increase the temperature of the townhouse so it was a little chilly
