The closet only had one coat hanger. This was a real inconvenience, as I had to drape clothes over the furniture. The bed cover was too warm without leaving a window open to the cold, or running the AC at night. Would prefer an in-between blanket option.

The location was exactly as promised. Great location, fully equipped studio, quiet space conveniently located in the heart of a great walkable neighborhood.

I liked that it was in a city like area. Everything I needed was convenient to me. It was very pleasant.

No laundry on the building -- would be a must. Street noise (BEEP BEEP BEEP from buses kneeling to drop off/pick up passengers from early in the morning to late at night) is quite bad, though not Sonder's fault but City's.

Dirty towels were left in the restroom and the sofa and coffee were not cleaned but staff were immediately responsive

Great location Perfect size room

The location is great. Checking in and out is difficult without a designated loading zone. Overnight parking is several blocks away. May or may not get items shown in room photos.

I'll start off with the pros - the property is in a great location in the heart of old town Alexandria, perfect. The rooms are also well appointed, clean and updated. Unfortunately, here are the challenges that will prevent me from staying here again. The property downgraded the room without notice, in fact if I didn't call to address they would have charged me the higher price for the smaller room. Parking - a nightmare, they provide you with a list of options, but they fail to mention none of them are overnight parking. So I moved my car 4 or 5 times over a 3 day stay to avoid tickets. Lastly, and the most frustrating is that the rooms facing the street are not well noise insulated, in fact some of the windows didn't even close properly - that means you can hear every conversation, every car driving by, everything, throughout the night. They do provide ear plugs, but I was not used to that and found it very uncomfortable. After two nights of very poor sleep, being downgraded, and poor customer service, we checked out early.
