The King Street House By Kasa

Beautiful room. Had everything I needed. Very relaxing and the bed was so comfy. The building is beautifully kept and everything was spotless. Wish the weather had been better so I could have used the outside area which looked very cool. If ever I come back to Alexandria I will definitely stay again.

Great location, really enjoyed my stay! The location was in the heart of old town Alexandria on King street. Less than a block to many great restaurants. Room was right on king street, so traffic noise was a bit loud especially with how the drivers love using their horns.

I wanted to give this stay a better review but the toilet issue tarnished my experience. I support low flow toilets but the toilet in this studio was incredibly difficult and annoying to use. Otherwise the studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A bit small if you have large luggage.

Immaculate as always. These was nothing indicating that this was an accessible room; that wasn't actually the direct issue. The direct issue was that there was neither a desk/work table nor a work chair. I was forced to sit on a window sill with my computer balanced on a pillow on the seat of the only (lounge) chair. The bedside lamp and the track lights both flickered constantly whenever they were on. And the coffee machine either didn't work or I couldn't figure out how to make it work.

Cute and comfortable room, easy to get in, nice kitchen. The hvac is very loud with the vent over the bed blasting all night. The hallway strongly smelled like a sewer, luckily that didn’t permeate into the room.

Great location for accessing DC. Near public transit and plenty of shops around for food and other goods. Room was clean and the heater worked well. Nice bathroom. I wasn’t too bothered by the urban noise although my stay was during the week not the weekend. Typical sounds for a city. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again!

Nice place, but much smaller than pictures portray. Mushy foam bed. One small chair about 12 inches off the floor. No comfortable seating. Range hood sticks out so far, be careful not to hit your head. If you’re 6 foot tall, avoid it. Can’t beat the great location

I love the location, it is in the most popular block of Old Town. Parking is a little bit trouble, but manageable.

Great stay. Enjoying being on King St. in Alexandria - close to many restaurants and free trolley tide to DC Metro.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There were no lights in the room and no staff available for nearly 72 hours from the time I reported it to fix the issue. I was lied to every time I spoke to the customer service through the required app, who assured me the lights would be fixed, only for nobody to ever show up. I will never stay at another Sonder location, so the $50 Sonder credit per day without power they offered to resolve the issue does nothing for me. I have been an excellent customer at Expedia, and I never have had occasion to complain, but this is unacceptable.
