We celebrated our anniversary & arrived to a beautiful heart swan in towels on the bed & rose petals. Very special. The staff especially are very friendly and we found the position excellent for what we did which was cocktails at Alila Beach bar & dinner at Bambu.

It’s our 2nd time staying at Kayumas during our Bali trip. Location is perfect, deluxe suite was so spacious and perfect for a couple. We had a spacious private pool and amazing breakfast included. Staff were so lovely. The spa in the resort was amazing. Pool and pool bar was amazing. Truly love this place. Definitely coming back.

Comfortable and inviting while being a beautiful, modern hotel.

We only stayed for one night, there was nothing we could fault. Probably a bit far from main shopping area (Garlic lane) if that is what you are there for.
