Serene location and courteous staff

Poor housekeeping. Banquet hall was full of ill behaved people who were shouting & screaming always. Service was also weak. In room dining options very limited, no signature dishes.

More decency & professionalism as we were paying high prices. Dining hall discipline needed for better feel good factor.
