Location is amazing you have an excellent view being at top of the hill

Cottages are a little difficult to excel, the service is bit slower, food gets cold by the time it reaches. Practical problems though but can be ironed out with a little more detailing

We visited this Luxury Property in June when the monsoon had just kicked in. We were greeted to Opulence. The welcome was nice & so we're the rooms. The rooms were clean & hospitality staff was punctual & well trained. We went on to explore the property which was huge & had different blocks which were well thought off. All in all fabulous time was spent.

I would have liked that the room sizes could have been bigger. Also the food menu was just average. I mean the morning buffet was routine & similar stuff is available most 3 star plus hotels. There was nothing unique in it. Other thing I didn't like much was the size of the swimming pool. In such large property, there could easily have been an Olympic size or a infinity pool none the less.

Nice property, over priced paid 34k including dinner for per night. Breakfast service not managed properly. Similar property of itc in jim corbett I have stayed is for 15k. They have better play area for kids. And swimming pool 100 times better.

Pool water seemed dirty
