USHave stayed here a number of times now and it's always quite good for the price (although their nightly rates fluctuate quite a bit so sometimes it's a great deal and other times it's just okay). Check in and check out are super fast and smooth.
The shower gel had not been refilled in the shower and it was completely empty. The floors and sofa didn't seem to have been cleaned very thoroughly either. WIFI wasn't working at first, but reception told me I could sign in as a guest and that did the trick.

The £100 deposit was taken even tho we didn't do anything in the property just a couple of marks on the carpet wich would come up with carpet cleaner and they still refused and ignored to return the deposit after numerous messages

NZWe had a big studio which was nice and it was really close to the station and the High Street so super convenient for us. Having our own fridge and cooking facilities and washing machine made things really easy.

-Weak hotel internet plus the weak connectivity of our provider internet - no telephone in the room to contact the hotel reception - the price of breakfast is a little bit high
SAThe hotel is very close to the station and high street, everything you need just steps away. Spacious and clean rooms. We stayed there for 25 days, everything you needed for a long stay was there for us. Very nice and accommodating personnel at the reception.
