USGood location.Very close to Sutton train station and bus stops for access to Underground (Modern station)and a bus with limited stops to Heathrow.Trains from Sutton station go to Victoria in Central London. Polite staff provided straightforward check in with a friendly chat. Stayed in studio flat with suitable space which had fridge, microwave and oven top. 😊😊😊Fourth time I have stayed here and will most certainly stay again when next I am in London.Nearby Sutton high street has a Marks and Spencer,Sainsbury ,Lidl and ASDA supermarkets and a variety of fast food places including fish and chips stores.
GBThe room was very well equipped and modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet and area was very good. The concierge was friendly, as were the domestic staff. Convenient location.
The car parking spaces were extremely tight, some unusable for our camper van. They were low in number too, considering the amount of apartments this hotel has. You pay £15 for a one night stay and then have to risk not being able to park at the hotel if you go out. It added some stress to our stay and is the single factor that may prevent us from coming again. We stay here to visit family nearby and so will always need to come and go from the hotel whilst staying there.
NLI love this location and this was my second stay. The staff is quite young but very friendly. I asked for the same room, and they were able to accomodate (though they honestly tell you upfront that there are no guarantees) so I was very happy. The room is spaceous and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. Tall EU and US tourists should keep in mind that a UK size bed is generally smaller and most noteably shorter than a US or EU bed. I'm 6'3 which is quite tall and I do fit in there but it's a tight fit. Works though because I travel alone and can sleep diagonally. Keep in mind that the windows don't open, so no fresh air, but the room does have air conditioning / climate control. Sutton (London) Station is just around the corner, it takes literally two minutes to walk there. Also around the corner is High Street with loads of pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and shops.
