Die Sauberkeit

Die Parkplatz Situation. Online stand das Parkplätze vorrätig sind aber vor Ort mussten wir 15 Pfund pro Tag extra zahlen und die Tiefgarage hatte keinen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Wir mussten durch die komplette Tiefgarage und außen herum zum Hoteleingang laufen.

"IBIS IDEAL"

Location close to rail service ideal and lots of restaurants and pubs nearby too . Ideal for Epsom Racecourse I attended to gf Epsom Derby

Only issue was no fried or poached eggs available for breakfast but that was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise excellent and it was very clean hotel - absolutely spotless

Für ein ein Hozel der Systemgastronomie war das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Zimmergröße ist ebenfalls OK

Die Zimmer sind allzu kärglich ausgestattet, keine Ablageflächen/Schränke, kein bequemes Sitzmöbel, nur ein Stuhl im Doppelzimmer

"Location weas excellent but the standard of room provided was below par."

The location for Epsom races is good - 20 minute taxi away. Convienient to get to meals at various food places around the hotel. Rapid check in process.

Room smelt musty and stale. Shower had no shelf for toiliteries - in fact the hotel provided shampoo was by the sink! The TV on the wall was wonky and not moveable. No hand towel provided (only 2 shower towels). Seemed to be missing the attention to detail you expect.
