Location to train into London very good and parking reasonably priced. Options for breakfast covering dairy free options as well, very good.

No hand moisturiser but a minor point.

The hotel offered everything I needed for my short stay. The room was spacious enough, very clean and perfectly planned. Breakfasts are also fine. So I’ll be happy to come back.

Wir waren erst in einem Zwei Bett Zimmer. Es stank massiv nach Rauch. Konnten dann aber wechseln. Fenster liessen sich nicht öffnen.

Location was great, does what it says on the tin, lots of space in the room and the bathroom. Loved the late check out, booked last minuted.

Cleanliness a 9/10 (bathroom). I'd include a fridge in the room.

Parking is to expensive where Premier inn just down the road is cheaper and plenty of spaces yours £15 per day Premier £8 , plus found out tmy next stay is £10 cheaper so from now will be staying there

I liked the bedroom and shower. And location is good. The lady Alisha in reception was excellent.

I was shocked to see a man share our lift with a large dog. According to booking.com it is not supposed to be pet friendly. Apparently a dog can stay for 10£ per night. Also the condition of the carpet from the lift all the way to our bedroom was filthy. Stains reminded me of dog poo left after wiping. Our breakfast on first morning was cold. Everything egg bacon sausage. And complaining to a lady staff member in restaurant was a waste of time.
