Location perfect for what we needed

Great location right in the centre of Hereford. Within walking distance from shops, cinemas, cathedral and other cultural attractions. The apartment is open plan style with kitchen, dining table, bed and lounge area with sofa bed. The apartment is suitable for families. Nicely decorated apartment, comfortable and clean.

An elevator. Apartment was on the top floor.

The location was fantastic, very central and near everything you need. The accommodation was spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. The check in was seamless and I particularly liked the no key ease. I was kept well informed in a polite, friendly manner and all queries were dealt with quickly and clearly. I parked in the Park and Ride car park, around 8 min walk away and around £5.20 per day.

Nothing to dislike but some instructions on how to use the hob would have been handy. The bathroom smelt of backed up drains, so I purchased sone air fresheners, which took the edge off the smell.

High standard apartment service,that was so clean,comfy,warm i just loved the view from my studio 9.The staff are so kind,professional and responsive,i was impressed how they worked to give me back something i forgot in the flat,3 days after check-out,that means they really care about their guests!Thank you guys..
