Everything had been thought of, right down to the smallest detail, like providing ear plugs if bothered by street noise (which I wasn't), or providing exactly what was needed by way of cooking utensils. And despite being in the centre of town, it was very quiet, being so high up.

It's a small issue and certainly won't bother most people, but the green light from a motion sensor was on all night, plus the bathroom light came on automatically each time the door was opened. I prefer darkness at night.

the apartment was brilliant it was just the stair were completely unsafe.

the stairs going to the property were unsafe where my partner fell down the stairs and couldn’t find any staff there to report it.

The landing areas were very echoey so was loud when people were going in and out of their rooms. Could have done with a secure area down stairs for leaving buggy’s , it was very tiring carrying the buggy up and down the stairs.
