"Very helpful with the Tesla charger"

We were staying at another hotel and their Tesla charger was not working so we organised with the Eden Reserve hotel to use theirs. We were greeted at the entrance by a lovely concierge and porter who showed us where the Tesla charger is in the underground car park.We sat in the lounge area and had a coffee while it charged up. The hotel looked amazing and we can definitely vouch for their helpfulness-thank you very much.

Great location and high service level in all areas of the property. We travelled in family and really enjoyed our stay. A complimentary shuttle within 10 km makes it easy to move to other destinations. Fantastic breakfast. We definitely will return

Nice nature around the hotel and view.

Too expensive for this stay and nothing special. Everything takes so long (order food, coffee etc) and the room was "inhabited" (dirty sofa etc..)

"Great service, beautiful rooms and excellent meals"

1. Exceptional service! Upon our arrival we relaxed outdoors with cappuccinos, juices and a delicious treat while our bags were brought to the room. There was a van that took us to Lake Garda so we didn’t have to worry about parking, we forgot an item in our room and the staff were so nice to notify us and have it sent to our home. There were so many other things beyond our expectation-fresh fruit in our room on the first day, a gift on our departure. 2. The rooms were so spacious, bright and the beds were so comfortable. There was a nice deck for us to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. 3. Breakfast was incredible! Great selection of pasties as well as freshly prepared hot dishes. Everything was delicious

"A fantastic venue!!!"

We spent a wonderful couple of nights as everything at Eden Reserve is done for you to relax and enjoy the moment. Truly 5 stars service and the restaurant is offering a good selection of well executed Italian classics supported by a rather impressive wine list. Only 9 rooms in the main hotel, we almost felt we had the entire place for us only.
