Eden Reserve Hotel

Tried to book their highest category villa - Sphere Ovest for 14 nights through their email. This would be a booking of close to 80,000 euro including the extras. I had about 5-6 rounds of email exchanges. Each response took between 2-3 working days for responses from the resort. Several of the emails that I sent were not responded to and I had to send reminders. At the end of it, I was informed that my “booking had expired” possible because it took too long! Replying to the mail chain was impossible as the mails bounced back. Strange experience. Generally booking is a smooth process and any establishment would want to ensure the first impression is good. Perhaps, this is a billionaire only resort and bookings of a paltry sum of 80,000 are not enough to warrant attention and prompt responses. It’s a shame because the reviews on tripadvisor otherwise seem great but it seems they are trying hard to ensure that they don’t get bookings! Seems like will be successful. It looks like someone is not doing their job and needs to be fired - either the person in charge of IT or the person in charge of reservations! Not sure whose fault it is. Perhaps both

Everything was really excellent

Fomos no inverno, portanto fora de temporada. Talvez no verão tenham o serviço de buffet no café da manhã. Pra nós foi servido na mesa, mas foi um café maravilhoso!. Pão fresquinho, frios deliciosos… tudo perfeito e o atendimento foi nota 1000

Just the best treatment. The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. There was an unforeseen situation and the team went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure that we were comfortable. I have never encountered such an effort on part of the management and I have been to many many hotels of all levels. The team is wonderful and the hotel is lovely!

There is nothing at this hotel that left we wanting more.

The hotel is exquisite. Beautiful architecture, classy interior design and in a stunning location. Every room has a beautiful view and luxury touches. Food was delicious. Breakfast and evening meals were beautifully prepared and presented. Service was fabulous too. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing! All staff we're lovely. Kind, helpful and made us feel so welcome!
